Called on a Friday afternoon, they sent a technician out within 20 minutes, and they had our furnace/thermostat running in a half-hour for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We called Gary’s Heating Service when our furnace went out at 9:30 on a Saturday night in February. Gary’s was at our house within a half hour to check it out. Unfortunately, nothing could be done to fix it so we had to wait until Monday to get a new one. Gary’s was back at our house first thing Monday to install a new furnace. They were knowledgeable and respectful. Fair prices and excellent service!

Gary’s is always the best! Good knowledgable ppl! And very kind and helpful! I elected to do my own repair. Yes the have great techs but I was broke. So I got great advise, they ordered the parts I needed and even offered to return a part if I didn’t need it. Call Gary’s first. They service the whole area around Portland. Thanks guys!

Gary arrived shortly after I called first thing in the morning and quickly discovered the problem with our furnace. He left to get the part but had to drive to Lansing to get it. So, in the meantime he brought us 2 space heaters to warm the house, as it was only 18 degrees outside. A few hours later they returned and quickly fixed the issue. So grateful for the prompt and caring service. I will definitely keep Gary’s number for future service.

It was a Christmas Miracle when the Hodge crew came this morning to install a new furnace in our home! They all got a hug upon arrival, such fast service, and on a Saturday of Holiday weekend! They got some well-deserved fresh baked cookies when they finished. Merry Christmas!
